The 1 MICHELIN Star Indian restaurant in Bangkok unveils refined journeys, inventive dishes, and a world-class beverage program in its most expressive chapter yet.

Bangkok’s 1 MICHELIN Star Indian restaurant, INDDEE, turns the page with a reimagined culinary journey. Following six months of creative evolution, the restaurant unveils its third chapter—a multi-sensory experience layered with new destinations, elevated ingredients, redefined plating, and deeper engagement for every guest.

The new tasting menus at INDDEE are designed to showcase India’s regional diversity through bold reinterpretations and refined techniques. Each course tells a story, presenting a fusion of tradition and innovation while maintaining culinary authenticity.
New Menus to Discover:
• 10-Destination Journey – 4,900 THB ++
• 10-Destination Vegetable Journey – 4,200 THB ++
• 8-Destination Journey – 4,200 THB ++

From the perfectly textured Parsi egg akuri to a butter pepper garlic reinvented with Hokkaido king crab, the menu is rich with artistry and flavour. New “Indian street food” bites highlight diverse techniques, while the signature Three Ways main course lets diners choose a culinary path from three distinct regional inspirations.
Guests can also personalise their journey by selecting premium proteins—Palamós or Carabinero prawns, or free-range organic chicken or grass-fed lamb—depending on the menu chosen.

A Beverage Program Ranked No. 1 in Asia
To match the menu’s depth, INDDEE now offers five distinct pairing experiences, curated to suit every palate:
• Beverage Experience – Wine, sake, umeshu & more
• Wine Experience – A deep dive into fine wines
• Zero Alcohol Experience – Sophisticated non-alcoholic pairings
• Best of Both – A hybrid route combining both worlds
• Flexi Experience – A customizable journey starting at 3 glasses (450 THB++ per additional glass)
This award-winning beverage program recently earned Asia’s No.1 spot and was named the Best Medium-Sized Wine List in the World at the Star Wine List of the Year Awards in Vienna.

Refined Touches and Historical Depth
INDDEE’s new chapter goes beyond the plate. From artisanal tableware and thoughtfully designed cutlery rests to refined tableside service tools, every element has been reconsidered. Even the reservation experience is now enhanced—guests can book directly via MICHELIN Guide, Instagram, Facebook, and Google.

To maintain authenticity while expanding creatively, INDDEE collaborated with esteemed Indian food historian Dr. Pushpesh Pant, whose insight helped shape the narrative, flavor profiles, and historical relevance behind each dish.
“Our third chapter brings more freedom, more finesse, and more personal engagement,”
— Chef Sachin Poojary, INDDEE’s Head Chef
