Joining Celadon in late 2024, Chef Jib brings nearly two decades of culinary mastery to The Sukhothai Bangkok. Starting her journey in 2005 with an apprenticeship at OHAB, she pursued advanced training in French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu, earning Certificates 1, 2, and 3 in London and Australia.
Chef Jib’s career includes key roles at luxury resorts and fine dining establishments such as Villa Deva Resort & Hotel Bangkok, Holiday Inn & Suites Sriracha Laemchabang, and Wanakarn Beach Resort & Spa (Relais & Châteaux). She is known for her dedication to culinary excellence, food safety, strategic kitchen leadership, and her artistry in Thai fruit and vegetable carving, which enhances every dish’s presentation.
