As the cooler months fade and a new season begins, IGNIV Bangkok introduces its Spring Menu, available from March 2 to May 31, 2026. Inspired by the gentle renewal that comes with spring, the new seasonal menu highlights vibrant greens, aromatic herbs, and fresh ingredients that reflect nature coming back to life.

The restaurant’s signature approach to dining remains the same: a convivial sharing experience designed to bring people together around the table. This season’s menu features 19 thoughtfully curated dishes, each crafted to balance brightness, depth, and delicate textures while celebrating seasonal produce.

Led by Head Chef Arne Riehn, the new menu expresses the light, energetic character of spring through elegant plating and carefully layered flavors. Guests can expect a journey that moves from refreshing and herb-forward dishes to richer flavors, before finishing with refined desserts.

A Spring Menu Inspired by Nature
