These delicious new dishes, created by Chef Amerigo Tito Sesti and his expert team, include remarkable culinary delights such as Antitpasti Kampachi & Tomato Carpaccio (kampachi and heirloom tomato carpaccio with passionfruit vinaigrette – THB580), Gnocchi with Sausage Ragù (potato gnocchi with roasted sausages and red wine ragù – THB 350),

Pork Cheek Risotto (Parmesan risotto with glazed pork cheek, oregano and capers – THB 550), Braised Calamari Puttanesca (calamari braised in tomato sauce with olives, capers and anchovies – THB 460), Sea Bass with Saffron Fennel (poached sea bass with saffron-baked fennel and fresh herb & tomato salsa – THB 580) and Beef Flank Steak (grilled flank steak served with summer sott’olio vegetables -THB 890).

Furthermore, all the dessert lovers out there shouldn’t miss the tempting Honey & Lime Panna Cotta (honey, lime and vanilla panna cotta with exotic fruit salad – THB 220) and Banana Cake (banana and almond cake with Prachuap chocolate ice cream and mascarpone whipped cream – THB 250). Antito is open daily from 12.00 – 23.30 hrs. (last orders at 23.00 hrs.), plus there’s an in-house resident DJ every Thursday – Saturday from 18.30 – 21.30 hrs.
