This one-night-only dining event celebrates passion, creativity, and craftsmanship as Chef Natchayapong “Nu” Homsombutchoti, Chef de Cuisine of Siam Yacht Club and a recent Iron Chef Thailand challenger, joins forces with Lady Butcher Nattida Noo-in, Thailand’s first Aussie Beef Master 2023 and a standout from Hell’s Kitchen Thailand Season 2.
Together, they present a seven-course tasting menu that harmoniously blends modern European precision with bold Asian flavors — an extraordinary “East meets West” journey along Bangkok’s famed River of Kings. Completing this gastronomic experience, Pastry Head Chef Dechar Moungseetong adds a touch of creative sweetness with an innovative dessert masterpiece.

The evening begins with an Amuse Bouche of Sweet Pea Panna Cotta with King Crab, setting the tone for a culinary voyage defined by freshness and umami. Highlights include:
- Flame-Seared Australian Beef Rib Finger with Lemongrass and Bone Marrow Tom Yum
- Confit of Cod Fish with Onion-Coconut Foam
- Strawberry Rhubarb Dessert — a refined finale blending Chonburi Chocolate Cremeux, Tomato Sponge, and Almond Streusel, perfectly paired with a Riesling or Moscato (pending arrival).

Lady Butcher Nattida Noo-in, Thailand’s pioneering female butcher and founder of Lady Butcher Academy, is celebrated for her mastery of meat, sustainable philosophy, and dedication to local craftsmanship.
