Iftar Meals & More From Siam Kempinski

Siam Kempinski recently unveiled a new restaurant that is a nod to the rich tapestry of the Mediterranean region. Alati (or αλάτι) is the Greek word for salt and Executive Chef Carlo Valenziano takes us all on a journey across Greece, Turkey, Lebanon, Egypt and more.

While we all wait eagerly to visit, we will presently need to make do with delivery and Siam Kempinski has just launched 4 distinctive sets for our discerning choices. To mark Ramadan and the fasting month, the Iftar Meal for two comes with

Medjoul Dates, Ramadan Pide, Fig and Walnut Tabbouleh, Moutabel, Hummus, Falafel and Lentil Soup to begin.

Mixed Grill Platter with Shish Tawook, Beef Kofta, Lamb Kofta accompanied by Onion and Sumac Salad, French Fries & Toum Sauce will form the main culinary journey.

Rice Pudding, Dried Apricots, Rose Petals, Assorted Baklava and Turkish Delight plus Mint Lemonade or Cucumber Laban provide the sweet notes for a meaningful evening meal.

The Levantine set at 800 Baht net features Fig and Walnut Tabbouleh, Hummus, Chicken Gyros, Homemade Bread of the Day (2 pieces), Assorted Baklava and Turkish Delight plus Mint Lemonade.

Any meal description with the words gyros and hummus together spells scrumptious for sure. The other 2 sets are From the Sea and From the Land (think duck leg confit and truffle chicken liver pate)
