Must-Try Dishes from the “A Taste of Aichi” Menu

Kurobuta Pork Miso Katsu – Featuring Nagoya’s famous Hatcho miso, this dish is a must-try for miso lovers.

Hitsumabushi – A signature grilled eel dish served over rice, enjoyed in three delicious styles.

“Mikawa” Wagyu Striploin Steak – Premium Wagyu grilled on a hot stone and paired with signature sauces.
