At the heart of AP OPEN HOUSE is a philosophy that goes far beyond classroom learning. AP PRINCIPLES is a framework for delivering quality living in every dimension, applied every day by over 3,000 AP employees. This philosophy is rooted in over 100 years of expertise from AP’s long-standing partner, Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., one of Japan’s most respected real estate developers. Through this partnership, AP continuously exchanges knowledge and innovations to develop quality projects across all segments.

Real Experience, Real Learning
For 2025, 60 university students will be selected to join the programme and gain first-hand experience in every dimension of real estate development—covering single detached homes, twin homes, townhomes, and condominiums. Students will work alongside AP’s experts, learning directly on-site with real projects.
Highlights of this year’s programme include:
• Hands-on construction site visits – Participants will explore structural engineering at the ASPIRE Onnut Station high-rise project, gaining in-depth understanding of building design, quality control, and innovation in condominium development.
• Quality inspection training – Students will learn AP’s step-by-step inspection processes prior to property handover, ensuring each home meets the highest standards.
Japan Study Trip with Mitsubishi Estate
One of the most anticipated features of AP OPEN HOUSE is the Study Trip to Japan. Six outstanding participants will be chosen to visit Japan and learn directly from Mitsubishi Estate Group, exploring their Five Eyes philosophy for residential development—covering quality, safety, functionality, sustainability, community building, and design innovation. The trip offers an immersive look at world-class urban design and living solutions.
A Decade of Nurturing Quality Talent
Over the past 10 years, AP OPEN HOUSE has evolved into a CSR initiative that goes beyond internships. It is designed to nurture quality people through immersive, hands-on learning, enabling the next generation to keep pace with a rapidly changing world.
