Asia’s First Four-City Cocktail Festival Elevating Taiwanese Mixology

From March 4 to 8, 2026, Taiwan will host one of the most anticipated cocktail and culinary gatherings in Asia, Taiwan Cocktail Camp 2026 TCC 2026. Spanning four dynamic cities including Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, and Kaohsiung, this landmark event positions Taiwan as a rising global hub for contemporary mixology and cross cultural collaboration.

Jointly curated by four of Taiwan’s most acclaimed bars including Vender, To Infinity and Beyond, Han-Jia Pairing Dinner, and MALTAIL, TCC 2026 represents a new chapter for the island’s cocktail culture. Supported by Edrington Taiwan, the festival emphasizes craftsmanship, cultural storytelling, and responsible drinking across every experience.

Taiwan Cocktail Camp 2026 will welcome approximately 40 bartenders and bar owners from Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia, alongside international and Taiwanese media. More than a festival, TCC 2026 is designed as a platform for long term exchange within the Asia Pacific cocktail community, strengthening Taiwan’s presence on the global mixology stage.

Opening Dinner Featuring Michelin Star Collaborations

The festival opens on March 4 with simultaneous pairing dinners across all four cities. Guest chefs from Michelin starred restaurants in Bangkok and Macau including Khao San Sek, IGNIV Bangkok, 80 20 Bangkok, and Aji will collaborate with the four host bars.

Each dinner will showcase bespoke cocktail pairings highlighting The Macallan, Edrington’s flagship single malt whisky. Through curated menus, brand storytelling, and local Taiwanese ingredients, guests will experience a refined Featuring The Macallan concept that bridges gastronomy and mixology.

Bar Crawl Challenge in Taichung

On March 5, Taichung transforms into a dynamic playground for the Bar Crawl Challenge. International bartenders, media, and local teams will navigate eight distinctive bars while completing creative tasks such as blind tastings, speed shaking battles, and garnish art challenges.

This gamified format not only highlights the vibrancy of Taichung’s bar ecosystem but also fosters genuine connection among industry professionals. The Bar Crawl Challenge reflects Taiwan Cocktail Camp’s mission to create immersive, experience driven engagement beyond traditional trade events.

Industry Welcome Dinner Bringing Asia Together

March 6 features the Industry Welcome Dinner in Taichung, gathering more than 120 bartenders, bar owners, brand representatives, and media from across Asia. Hosted at a private venue, the evening will present a bespoke menu crafted by The Guest House Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel, one of Taiwan’s most respected Michelin starred Chinese restaurants.

Set in a refined yet relaxed atmosphere, the dinner encourages networking, collaboration, and meaningful dialogue, reinforcing Taiwan Cocktail Camp’s commitment to sustainable industry growth.

Championing Responsible and Mindful Drinking

At the core of Taiwan Cocktail Camp 2026 is a strong advocacy for responsible drinking culture. The festival promotes low ABV and alcohol free cocktails, demonstrating that innovation and quality can coexist with wellness and balance.

By integrating nature, music, and gastronomy, TCC 2026 creates a holistic drinking experience that prioritizes enjoyment without excess. The majority of cocktails served during the outdoor festival will remain under 15 percent ABV, setting a progressive benchmark for cocktail festivals in Asia.

Taichung Park Outdoor Cocktail Festival

The highlight of Taiwan Cocktail Camp 2026 takes place on March 7 at Taichung Park, where the Cocktail Festival opens to the public. Featuring 20 bar booths, a curated food market, live DJs, and the Star Booth stage where international guest bartenders will serve complimentary mini cocktails, the festival is expected to attract between 5,000 and 7,000 visitors.
