Executive Chinese Chef Leslie Du presents two specially crafted Chinese New Year set menus, Abundance and Vigor, featuring symbolic dishes for prosperity and joy. Abundance Menu highlights: Stewed sea conch and black chicken soup, Whole fried Man Ho Peking duck, Roasted Australian beef short ribs with pomelo, Vigor Menu highlights: Bamboo fungus with abalone soup, Wok-fried Boston lobster with spicy garlic or Whole suckling pig Hong Kong style
Both menus start with a choice of Yu Sheng, a prosperity salad symbolizing good fortune. End the meal with Nian Gao, the traditional Chinese New Year cake.
