Celadon introduces Create Your Own Thai Flavour, a personalised dining concept led by Chef Jib and her culinary team. Sapori del Mare – Flavours of the Sea at La Scala
Inspired by Italy’s coastal kitchens, Sapori del Mare at La Scala showcases seafood-focused creations by Chef Andre Cetani. Rooted in Mediterranean traditions, the menu highlights pristine ingredients, classic techniques, and clean, expressive flavours.
A Seafood Set Menu for Two is available at THB 4,350++ per set, including one glass of Prosecco per person, alongside an à la carte selection. Highlights include Mediterranean oysters, handmade pasta, and classic sole alla mugnaia.

Guests can enjoy selected Chinese creations alongside signature brunch favourites including lobster, king crab, oysters, sushi, dim sum, Thai specialities, live pasta and grill stations, a dedicated cheese room, desserts, and tableside crêpe suzette.
